1、在選擇扭力扳手時，要根據(jù)螺栓或螺母的尺寸來選擇合適開口尺寸的扭力扳手。如果扭力扳手的開口尺寸大于螺栓或螺母的尺寸，那在使用時，容易滑脫并損傷螺件的六角。如果扭力扳手的開口尺寸太小，那就無法嵌入到螺栓或螺母中進行扭動。

2、在使用扭力扳手時為防止扳手損壞和滑脫，應使拉力作用在開口較厚的一邊如此才能用上力。另外在使用扭力扳手時，要注意開口不能出現(xiàn)“八”字形，以免損壞螺母和扳手。

3、扭力扳手是按人手的力量來設計的，人手力量越大，扭力扳手在旋轉螺紋、螺母時的力量越大。如果遇到較緊的螺紋件，用扭力扳手也不能使其松動的話，切記不能用捶打工具錘擊扳手，以免損壞扳手，可以適當調整扳手的用力方向，找到合適的發(fā)力點。另外還要注意的是除了套筒扳手能套裝加力桿，其他扳手都不能套裝加力桿，扭力扳手也不能。遇到無法擰動的螺紋緊固件，不能胡亂給扭力扳手加裝加力桿，以防損壞扳手或螺紋連接件。

4、扭力扳手一般都帶有預設扭矩數(shù)值和聲響的裝置，當緊固件的擰緊扭矩達到預設數(shù)值時，扭力扳手能自動發(fā)出訊號“卡嗒”聲，同時伴有明顯的手感振動，這表示扭力扳手已經(jīng)將緊固件松好。將扭力扳手從緊固件上取下后，扳手各相關零件能自動復位。

5、扭力扳手一般是用來旋轉螺栓或螺帽的，扳轉時應該使用拉力，推轉扳手極易發(fā)生危險。在使用時一定要注意這點。另外扭力扳手可以用來松緊螺栓，螺栓旋緊前應先將螺栓清潔并上潤滑油。

6、在使用扭力扳手旋緊螺栓時，應均勻使力，不得利用沖擊力。簡單來說就是不要用錘擊工具來錘擊扳手，使其在短時間內(nèi)獲得沖擊力，從而帶動整只扳手旋轉，使扳手將螺栓旋緊，這種做法容易損壞扳手。

6. When using the torque wrench to tighten the bolt, the force should be evenly applied, and the impact force should not be used. In short, do not use hammering tools to hammer the wrench, so that it can obtain impact force in a short time, so as to drive the whole wrench to rotate, so that the wrench will tighten the bolt, which is easy to damage the wrench.

7、如果長期不用扭力扳手，建議把扭力扳手的調節(jié)標尺刻線退扭矩小數(shù)值處，這樣可以延長扳手的使用壽命。
